Jonathan Hall (enterprise community engagement expert, Fuseworks) and Kieron van Rooyen (property strategist, Turnkies) and myself (workplace strategy, Space Sense) have been researching and having some challenging conversations, and we thought we’d share some of the more interesting insights more widely.
Jonathan has been delving into neuroscience, Kieron has been exploring various property scenarios, and I have been examining shifts in how new behaviours translate into work environments. Throw these all together and it gets pretty exciting.

Jonathan Hall, CEO ofFuseworks: Business strategist of 25 years. Jonathan has become increasingly concerned with the enterprise community’s ability to enable strategy implementation. This work has taken him into the neuroscience of the work world.
Kieron van Rooyen, Property Strategist, and Director of Turnkies: Kieron has spent over 15 years in the property industry, and focuses on assisting property owners and occupiers to make informed decisions around their properties and spaces.
Georgie Chennells, Workplace Strategist atSpace Sense: Georgie is a workplace strategist based in Joburg with 15+ years in architecture, creativity and organizational culture. She works at the confluence of building design and organizational culture, helping clients create spaces that work.
